Backdrop Tips:

-Starting on the design work before choosing a backdrop can help you make the best choice but physical backdrops are limited and may sell out quickly so if you see one you like, go ahead and feel free to book it, we can always change it later based on what's still available and which design you go with.

-Setup & Space Requirements

--Standard backdrops are 8x8 ft when in use

--Requires a 12x12 ft open space for setup and tear down... free of guests and furniture

A Professional Attendant

They will set up your equipment, stick around to help guests, and tear down at the end, leaving the space exactly as they found it.

-Setup takes about 2 hours; tear-down takes about 1 hour.

--Please contact us right away if you need changes to this.

Professional Graphic Design

Why is this important?

Each session produces a final output or image which is made of three layers...

1. The Backdrop or Background – Includes: either a physical backdrop; green screen, which can be anything and can offer multiple custom options; or your natural environment.

2. People & Props – Not included.

-The people and objects are the middle layer, in front of the backdrop but BEHIND the overlay or frame.

--Props available upon request. More coming soon!

3. The Custom Overlay – Included: professional graphic design, used to enhance each photo in almost any way.. We can create any design to place over the photos or use as a frame...

Design Options

1. Choose from Our Design Catalog

-Browse our searchable and sortable catalog of designs and select a pre-designed overlay for us to customize

--Customization options include colors, text, fonts, logos, and minor design changes.

--Keyword search available (e.g., corporate, minimal, floral, rustic, modern, wedding).

2. Fully Custom Design

Most companies don't even offer this and we INCLUDE IT with all events!

Send us inspiration files (images, logos, invitations, color schemes, mood boards, videos, even music, etc.)

-Custom designs can be tailored to themes, branding, magazine cover styles, and more.

--If you upgrade to a green screen, we can completely customize that as well.

Add-on Design Services

Custom or corresponding graphics are available for invitations, signage, social media graphics, marketing materials, menus, seating charts, etc upon request.
