Backdrop Tips

Finalizing your photo frame design before choosing a backdrop can help you make the best choice.

Physical backdrops are limited and may sell out quickly—if you see one you like, book it early! We can always adjust later based on availability and design.

Setup & Space Requirements

Standard physical backdrops are 8x8 ft when in use.

Requires a 12x12 ft open space for setup and operation.

No physical backdrop needed? Digital booths work anywhere—use your natural background or upgrade to a Virtual Green Screen for unlimited options.

Professional Graphic Design – Included!

Every digital booth session produces a customized final output made up of three layers:

1️⃣ The Background – Choose a physical backdrop, green screen, or use your natural environment.

2️⃣ People & Props – The middle layer, in front of the backdrop but behind the overlay/frame.

Virtual props, stickers, or digital effects available upon request.

3️⃣ The Custom Overlay – Included with all events!

Professional graphic design to enhance each photo with custom branding, logos, text, and unique visual elements.

Design Options

Browse our searchable catalog and select a pre-designed overlay for us to customize.

Customization includes: colors, text, fonts, logos, and minor design changes.

Keyword search available (e.g., corporate, floral, modern, wedding).

2. Fully Custom Design – Included!

Unlike most companies, we offer fully custom designs at no extra cost!

Send us inspiration files (logos, invitations, color schemes, branding guidelines, etc.)

Designs can match themes, branding, magazine covers, and more.

Virtual Green Screen? We can fully customize backgrounds, too!

Add-on Design Services

Need additional graphics for invitations, signage, social media, marketing materials, menus, or seating charts?
